Home preparation
Your home should be in tip-top condition to get the highest and best price in the shortest amount of time. I will offer staging recommendations to help you present your home in its best light. The home should be clean, uncluttered, show pride of ownership, appear open and spacious. Removing personalized items, such as, personal photos and over the top décor will help showcase the home and not the owners.
Active listing
Once your house is market ready professional photos will be taken. Detailed property information with all supporting documents will be entered into MLS (multiple listing service), followed by lock box and sign placed on property. Afterwards, you listing will become active.
Marketing and strategy
A marketing strategy is more than placing a sign in the yard. The key to a quick sell at the highest price requires a good marketing plan to attract the right buyers. We will customize a marketing plan to put your property front and center with comparable listings. Your marketing plan could include any of the following: social media, online and syndicated posts, Realtor tours, open houses, just-listed cards, direct mail postcards, YouTube, or individual property websites.
