I often hear location, location, location but I think it has more to do with jobs, jobs, jobs that has created an ever-tightening housing market, especially for homes priced between $100,000-$300,000. Homes in this price range currently have about 1.1 months of inventory – a strong indication of high demand. Buyers in the lurch need to know they must be prepared! What does that mean?
