I expected Toya was going to be a good agent, instead she blew me away. I was amazing how she remained on top of everything, keeping the process moving forward in an organized fashion in preparing my house for sale – providing goal dates, and making sure we followed through. Toya gave me candid advice, not once being too pushy with her opinion. She conducted thorough research to justify an appropriate price range, but ultimately allowed me to make the final decision. She spent a lot of time educating me on many things I had no idea I needed to know to list my house at market value. Her way of explaining things was simplistic and never did she talk down to my ignorance on issues. Whenever their was a task or repair to complete, she gave me an option of using her qualified vendors list, which keep me from spending a lot of time calling different companies. Whenever I had a question, she had an answer or quickly found the answer. This was the smoothest selling experience I could have hoped for. I would recommend Toya Thompson to anyone who is serious about selling their home.
